Infrastructure
Requires Pro
The Infrastructure module is where you map your physical IT landscape: locations, data centers, racks — plus departments, contacts, and contracts / SLAs. You then place assets using their Location and Rack position fields.
The module is available from the Pro plan onward. Technically, it unlocks the
Multi-Tenant feature — on lower plans, the interface hides the section and the API
responds with 403.

Module structure
Section titled “Module structure”The web interface under Infrastructure is organized into the tabs Locations, Data Centers, Racks, Contacts, Departments, Contracts / SLA, and Groups & Roles. The physical hierarchy is:
Location (site) → Data center (room/server room) → Rack
