Look up inventory on the go by scanning — ideal for stocktaking, office moves, and quick on-site identification. Notory covers two scenarios here:
The two scan scenarios
Section titled “The two scan scenarios”- Scan asset QR labels — every asset carries an automatically generated QR code with its core data (ID, name, type, serial number). It can be read with any smartphone camera, even offline. Available on all plans.
- Scan & Stocktake — the mobile Scan module finds Flex platform records via camera scan or manual code entry and counts inventory right at the shelf (incrementing/decrementing a quantity field). Requires Pro or higher (Flex platform).
